The need for vehicles with low fuel emissions is higher than it has ever been. With countless older vehicles out on the road using significantly more gas than newer vehicles, there is a need for many car owners out there to upgrade to something newer and more fuel efficient. Luckily, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has announced the new AirCheckTexas initiative, which makes it possible for drivers to upgrade to something more fuel-efficient with some help.
